Which datacenter do you use?
We operate in a Tier III datacenter located in São Paulo, Brazil, with power and cooling redundancy. For security reasons, we do not publicly disclose the provider name.
Do you offer high availability (Há)?
Our current operation does not include automatic failover or application redundancy. For scenarios requiring multi-region Há, we recommend public cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and can help with setup.
How does monitoring work?
We use Zabbix for infrastructure monitoring, Pingdom for external availability, and Sentry/GlitchTip for application error tracking. Alerts are configured for proactive action.
What is the infrastructure cost?
We work with fixed monthly fees, defined according to required resources (CPU, RAM, storage). The cost is predictable with no consumption surprises. Contact us for an evaluation.
Can I hire just the infrastructure, without maintenance?
No. Infrastructure is offered exclusively to clients with an active maintenance contract. This ensures the team that operates is the same that knows the system.
