The client
Só Multas specializes in Traffic Law, offering defense services in traffic ticket processes, license suspension and administrative appeals. The company grew and today operates in franchise format in more than 100 cities.
The challenge
In the beginning, all processes were managed in spreadsheets. With growth, control became impossible. A system was needed that would allow managing thousands of processes, with deadlines, statuses and documentation.
Additionally, the franchise model required a centralized platform that would allow multiple units to operate with headquarters control.
The solution
We developed a complete legal process management system:
- Process management: deadline control, status, attached documents
- Multi-branch: franchise management with centralized visibility
- Automatic alerts: notifications for deadlines and pending items
- Reports: performance indicators by unit
