Certified EMR for physiotherapy clinic

The client

FisioVip is a physiotherapy clinic located in Belo Horizonte, specialized in quality care focused on patient results. The clinic grew and needed a system that would keep pace with this evolution.

The challenge

The clinic faced difficulties managing medical records, appointments and patient progress. The process was manual, with paper files and scattered spreadsheets. Additionally, CREFITO-MG began requiring certified electronic medical records.

Off-the-shelf software didn't meet the clinic's specific workflow and didn't offer the customization needed for FisioVip's care model.

The solution

We developed a complete custom web system, with integrated modules for the entire clinic operation:

• Electronic medical records: patient history, progress, attached documents, digital signature
• Smart scheduling: appointments with view by professional and room
• Financial management: receipt control and billing
• Reports: occupancy and productivity indicators

Results

The system was certified by CREFITO-MG, making FisioVip the first physiotherapy clinic in Belo Horizonte to obtain this certification. The partnership has been maintained for years, with continuous system evolutions.
